Monthly Breakdown
Month 1: Embody Your Own BPE
Learn to lead yourself before you lead others.
You’ll explore the practices and tools that make BPE a lifestyle — so you teach from embodiment, not performance.
Month 2: BPE Class Structure
Begin learning the signature BPE class format and how to deliver it with confidence and clarity.
Month 3: Sequencing & Creativity
Develop your own BPE class sequences.
You’ll learn the art of building playlists, and sensual movement progressions, trust its easier than your think!
Month 4: Facilitation & Community Building
Deep-dive into space holding, feminine leadership, and how to create powerful containers in your city.
This month includes business mentorship to help you launch with strategy and integrity.
Month 5: Graduation Prep + Retreat Integration
Complete your graduation requirements and prepare to teach live at the Austin retreat. You’ll receive your professional marketing assets, film your BPE On Demand class, and celebrate your full-circle transformation.

Brittini Burton, Founder of Big Pussy Energy
Brittini founded BPE four years ago. The modality of BPE was officially birthed in Austin, Texas in September 2022, but Brittini says the seed of BPE was born within her during the summer of 2020.
It was after leaving a relationship where she felt lifeless, disconnected, numb, and unknowingly searching for aliveness, pleasure, and approval outside of herself. One day, while staying at her mom’s house, she danced naked in front of a mirror, lights dim, music playing and something awakened. As she witnessed her body, she felt a deep sense of aliveness, seduction, turn-on… all the things she once believed only a man could give her. And in that moment, she realized and remembered: everything is within her.
Everything is within us as women when we remember. And it was through sensual movement that she came back to that remembrance.
She’s practiced sensual embodiment every day since, and three years later, BPE was born.
Brittini always knew BPE was much bigger than her, not just something Austin, Texas needed, but something the world needed. So in Spring 2024, she officially licensed BPE and certified the first instructors to lead and build their own BPE communities across the globe.
Today, BPE is located in San Diego, Alaska, and the Netherlands.
Brittini’s mission is to have a BPE community in every city around the world so that women everywhere have a safe space to reconnect to their bodies, their sensuality, and their power through movement and sisterhood.

Danielle found BPE over a year ago through BPE-on-demand when she was in the depths of her own healing journey.
Before BPE, Danielle was healing from a long battle with chronic illness.
Even after doing deep nervous system work and reclaiming her peace, there was still something missing: a desire not to fear but to love with her body again.
BPE became the pathway
It didn’t just help her rehabilitate; it helped her to experience her body as a source of pleasure, not pain.
Danielle became the first-ever certified Licensed BPE Instructor and is now one of our Master Coaches within this certification.
She's living proof of what’s possible when you say yes to the practice.
Danielle currently teaches BPE in Alaska, in every city she travels to, including Oregon, Australia, and more ,as well as at festivals across the globe.
Alyssa Rodriguez
Alyssa is one of our BPE Austin teachers. She found BPE over a year ago.
Before BPE, she was too afraid to leave her home alone, especially at night , after experiencing sexual assault a few years earlier. Alyssa felt like she had lost her sense of safety, aliveness, and connection to her body.
BPE became the one thing that got her out of the house.
